XG85 underground diaphragm wall hydraulic grab has a developed chassis width of 3,500-4,900mm, making it more stable in impact-grab operation. The power reserve of power system is sufficient to meet the needs of heavy-duty operations. The upper double winch with single-layer rope ensures large depth expansion space. The fully electronically controlled hydraulic system has sensitive action and fast response. The winch closed system realizes flow regeneration and saves more than 20% of oil. With high/medium/low three-gear control lowering technology, the maximum lowering speed can reach 80m/min, ensuring high efficiency in deep trench construction and strong impact-grab ability in hard formations. The independent cooling system with fan speed automatically adjusted with oil temperature provides good energy-saving effect. The high vertical plate main beam ensures small turning radius and has strong bearing capacity. The long guiding variable grab body has wide weight adjustable range. 7.5m low headroom configuration is optional for work in height restricted spaces.
