XE160SL adopts a new engine which is jointly developed by XCMG and Cummins. It’s powerful, has the maximum power of the same tonnage, low speed with high torque, and greatly improved the fuel economy. Compared with the previous generation machine, it can reduce fuel consumption by 7%. A new gener-ation of internationally famous hydraulic components can withstand ultra-high rated working pressure, have the characteristics of high efficiency, precise control, small impact and long service life. Combined with the new generation of XEICS intelligent control system, which is independently developed by XCMG, the machine can make full use of the engine output power, and can save up to 7% of fuel under the same operating efficiency. The main structural parts are optimized by finite element analysis, and have passed long-period and high-intensity work assessments, and have a longer service life. All daily maintenance parts are within easy reach. It’s time saving, effort saving and much safer. The new injection-molded cab is equipped with double-layer laminated glass as standard, which can effectively block noise. Secondly, the cab adopts an integrated control panel and a new type of anti-glare flat screen, which is a simple and stylish. Equipped with a new type of silicone oil filled spring composite mount, the suspension seat can be adjusted in all directions, making the operation more comfortable.
